A TO Z OF SIGNATORIES
The Code of Practice for the Labelling of Pork and Pork Products is supported throughout the industry. It is just six months since the launch of the Code and there are already almost 50 companies that have signed up. Signatories include producers, retailers, processors and foodservice companies. For an up to date list of the supporting companies check the tables below. Each of those signatories has agreed to:
- Support the voluntary Code of Practice for the Labelling of Pork and Pork Products
- Comply with its requirements
- Ensure that retail labelling and foodservice menus are fully compliant with the Code by 31st December 2010
